We take great care in choosing where our coffee beans come from. We partner with Red Rooster Coffee Company, a Virginia-based roaster that specializes in high quality, organic and fair trade coffees from around the world. Purchasing fair trade coffee assures that farmers, their children, and the watersheds they utilize are paid a living wage. After sample roasting and cupping, a unique profile is created for every batch of beans to ensure the maximum amount of flavor, complexity and aroma. Try it black, hot or iced, or in one of our espresso beverages. We offer a variety of non-dairy milks as well. If you like what you’re drinking, you can always take a bag of whole bean coffee home with you – retail bags are available in all of our locations, including seasonal blends.
